LETTER NUMBER 1
Problem Examination
The problem is: In all of these violent protest, and mass rioting cases that we’ve seen in this nation, violence seemed right to the protesters to engage in, to force government officials to do what is fair and just. The conclusion that The American Liberation Organization's founder has come to about it is: What these individuals are actually attempting to do is exercise their civilian militia right to bear arms to end some form of administrative wongdoing by the government’s officials.
Theory Solution
Accordingly, it is The American Liberation Organization's conclusion: The general public needs civilian militia education and training. So, both officials and common citizens are informed when and how that militia right is lawful for the "People" to exercise. The establishment of those protocols would consequently end violent protests and rioting confrontations by creating a balance of authority, power, and use of force.
Important Lawmaking Considerations
The important lawmaking considerations are: (1. Congress, so far, has failed to provide that citizen training mandated by the Constitution - prescribed by the Declaration of Independence. And (2. The founder of The American Liberation Organization has been dedicated since 2013, (along with creating this website), to developing civilian militia programs that will provide congress with a realistic approach to executing its civilian militia education and training duty - successfully.
This letter is directed to the general public and all members of the United States of America Congress. It is a publication of "The American Liberation Organization" website.
